How to Enter

1. Download the Rules & Regulations
2. Download the Entry Form.
3. Review the category definitions.  Teas submitted into a given category must meet its respective definition.
4. Select which categories you would like to enter.
5. Complete entry form and fax it back to: 702-253-9985. Deadline: Feb. 22, 2012
6. Prepare a 1oz sample of each tea entered labeled with the following typed information:
   
   1. Category Entered
   2. Name of Tea
   3. Type of Tea (if blends, primary flavor)
   4. Company Name
7. Send samples to: (Must be received by Feb 24, 2012)
